Currently serving as an IT Support and Helpdesk Assistant at ThoughtSpot, my expertise has evolved through diverse roles, including IT Service Desk Specialist at the Gladstone Institutes and IT Field Service Technician at UCSF. In a 'previous life,' I even patrolled the streets of Paris as part of the French police force.
I have a passion for learning and continue studying IT-related courses to expand my skill set.

My career history includes a strong emphasis on security awareness, providing security for assets, people-oriented attention, and support while maintaining composure and professionalism. I am just as comfortable working individually as in a team environment.
